Very nice, but a little slow.
My dog had 3 back to back trips to the vet. He is in an English Bulldog so this is not uncommon. It was nice that even though the visits were so close to one another that nationwide was able to payout on all 3 helping alleviate the cost of the medical bills for my awesome puppy. He is only 4 and has a lot of life left in him. And with the help of nationwide I will be able to make it a bit longer.
Only thing I will say is it took the full 30 days BUT I am not sure if this is because all of my claims were so close to each other. Will update if they ask me to if I only have 1 claim.

My dog has a "pre-existing condition" and "secondary conditions",so not a lot is covered.
Not covered for $10,000.00 of "pre-existing" and "secondary conditions". So, not entirely satisfied with the insurance companies.

The best insurance to have for your pets, i am very happy with the end results, customer service is wonderful.

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.
Age Limits
No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Other plans may have age restrictions.
Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
