Nationwide Pet Insurance go with the best for your best friend
My golden has been with the Nationwide since 8 weeks old. Excellent and expeditious service on all claims submitted. Simple process for filing a claim very little paperwork involved. FAX it and within a day you get a message the claim has been received. Usually within a few weeks its all settled and the check is in the mail. Very happy with the Nationwide and I would recommend them to a fellow pet owner.

I am very pleased with Nationwide and they have taken good care of all my canines.
Trupanion has an ad out that states that the company works directly with the veterinarian which eliminates the need for the pet owner to do the extra paperwork. I left trupanion years ago to go with Nationwide and have been very happy with the insurance. However it would be an added plus to not have to do the paperwork and in my case, have to mail it in.

Beyond just a company they're a Family of Loving friends that want to Help!!
These gals and guys are so friendly and helpful...I have been a client " friend " for over 18 yrs of great service!! Besides being focused
on me and my babies medical needs they love to hear about my babies and share their own personal family stories.. I always Thank them for their help and time on the phone.
Helping me have enough insurance to pay for vet visits for tick and flea and heart worm meds and having tests done to keep my babies healthy are such a great thing to have. GREAT team of people to have on your side!! Thanks again Chuck....plus Ooie and Baa Baa

All claims approved or not have been fully explained to me, and anytime I had to call customer service I have had all my questions and concerns answered and resolved.

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage.
The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.
Age Limits
No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Other plans may have age restrictions.
Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
