The Best
Nationwide Pet Insurance is the best. Claims are reviewed and paid in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has a pet.

Nationwide has been a blessing for my Goldendoodle
Peace of mind is something that CAN be purchased, in the form of pet health insurance. Once in a while it seems that everything seems to go wrong no matter what we do. This year was our year! We had a serious health issue with one of our dogs. Fortunately, my dogs are all covered by Nationwide Pet Insurance. I called the company who assured me that my girl’s veterinary bills would be covered and that I should only concern myself with getting her the care she needed. Nationwide would take care of the rest. So, I made sure my girl was given the best care and gave no more thought to the bills that seemed to be escalating. For me, who has never had need of a canine specialist in 60 years of dog ownership, the comfort I found with Nationwide cannot be measured. Today, my girl is healthy, full of life and love. I can not recommend this company more. Thank you Nationwide, for being there.

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage.
The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
