Great insurance
so far we have had great experience with Nationwide's pet insurance. The claim process has been easy and we have not had any issues with any claims or reimbursements. The website is also fairly easy to navigate and I like how you can access all the claim info easily on the site. Only thing is I feel it takes a while to get the claim processed.

Pleasantly surprised with how supportive and user-friendly the experience has been.
I was a little apprehensive about my recent batch of claims as the expenses were high and I'm relatively new to having pet insurance in general. I really appreciate how easy the app has been to use and how quickly I've gotten feedback regarding our submissions.

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.

Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
