Great service, prompt reimbursement
Used both the 24hr vet line as well as the insurance claims. The 24hr vet line is the one that recommended I take my pup in and I am glad I did. He is doing great now and the reimbursement after was rather quick as well. My only recommendation would be if the claims could be submitted directly on their website. Instead today you need to print out a pre-filled claim form, complete it, scan everything in and email it over for submission. Not too bad, it could certainly be made easier by letting us submit directly on the website or through an App (take pictures of the invoices to upload). Overall a good experience, only con is the submission process for claims could be a tad bit easier.
