Not happy with insurance. I have friends with other insurance that is better than what Martini has.

Unsatisfactory Communication
Our Dog Coulter has cancer. We've submitted multiple claims, and it has taken a long time to get any return. Recently, one of the claims showed up as "complete" as "$0.00" return to us. After I called, I was informed that it was because there were unable to see the invoice. No one had reached out to let us know that (after a month). We are still waiting for a claim of over $2000.00. I am dissappointed that no one reached out just to let us know that they were unable to see the image. That is unacceptable. It has been about 7 weeks since I first sumbitted this claim.

Slow pay; otherwise good!
Insurance is good. My previous lab had cancer, and I could not have asked for more with the coverage for treatment. My only complaint is that it takes a month or more to receive reimbursement for a claim...that just seems to be a bit slow to me. I have referred my son and my best friend and they are both happy with the insurance, but both agree it takes too long to receive reimbursement.

Efficient, Easy, Great Coverage - Human Health Insurance should take a lesson from Nationwide Pet Insurance!!!
I can't believe how easy it is to location information, forms, file claims, renew policies. The coverage is great and I have never had an issue. The turnaround time on claims is unbelievably fast. Nationwide should be the example for human health insurance in this country!!

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage.
The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.
Age Limits
No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Other plans may have age restrictions.
Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
