If it were not for Nationwide, there is no way I could have afforded to help my Luke. He had spine surgery and still requires a lot of physical therapy and acupuncture. He also needed a wheelchair and paw lifts. He is my heart and you have made it possible for him to have a wonderful life. Thank you.

Just wish they would cover more stuff, some procedures aren't covered

Koda has been insured since we first brought him home as a puppy. I am fortunate that he has been a very healthy dog to this point (11 years old) with only fairly minor issues requiring care. Fortunately I have never had to test my insurance plan in a severe emergency or severe illness, so I can't speak to that. What I can speak to is that the claims process is very straight forward and easy to obtain reimbursement and the times that I have either called with questions or spoken to a customer service rep regarding renewal/coverages, it has been a very pleasant experience. The representatives have been knowledgeable, helpful and have even saved my money on my renewal policy. I would not hesitate to insure my next puppy with Nationwide.
