Excellent coverage, Speedy reimbursement

I've submitted a couple claims since signing up with Nationwide. Everything was covered as per policy. There was no need to call and fight claims as we with human medical insurance. All reimbursement was received rather quickly.

Cost

Processing of claims is easy and fast. The company is actually super at processing! My main complaint is the cost. I thought the original cost was high but it has gone up each and every year. I do understand an increase as a dog gets older.. but this year it went up $600.00. I have not renewed yet because of the over 30% annual increase for the same coverage. Since my dogs vet bills are actually down this year, not sure it's worth it. I understand insurance is for the unforeseen needs but $1800.00 a year is a lot. I love my dog but on a fixed income, not sure it's doable this year.

Always a quick and clear response

We have had about half our expenses covered by insurance. Always hopeful for more, but the response is always quick and clear. We still feel good about our coverage choice,
