Claim processing updates and speed are slower than expected.
I really like the ease of pet insurance claim submission and personalization of the process. However, I’ve been waiting over a month (over two months from some original submission dates) for claim status updates and repayment and don’t believe verification should take this long. My next review will be based on the completion of the process for several of these outstanding claims.

Wonderfully easy, nice customer service too!
Love this insurance so far, easy and simple to navigate...
It does take about 4 weeks for reimbursement, but they have come thru as promised on everything.
Very happy customer...
Having this kind of protection has taken the worry away.
Now I can just enjoy my beautiful flattie.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
