Excellent service

Just wanted to say we appreciate the reimbursement online service you provide to your customers. The site is easy to manage and user friendly. At one point, I had an issue trying to upload some documents but when I called the hotline, they were very helpful and suggested alternate ways to get us help. Thank You!

Good experience so far!

So far we are very pleased with Nationwide. They paid about if not exactly 90% of my dogs vet bills for the two claimes we have put in. When I called to see how we would get the check the respresentative was very friendly and helpful. So far so good!

too long

It takes entirely too long for claims to be processed once you receive them. It rakes so long I forget about them. This is not good especially if it needs to be followed up on.

Thank you NPI for making it easy to file a claim

My cat Louie was pretty sick and the vet bills were very costly. If I didn't have the insurance, I would have racked up a lot of charges on a credit card. I am a very satisfied customer.

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
