Great company to deal with!
I had never had pet insurance and hoped I would never need it other than the wellness visits and yearly check up and vaccinations. As it turned out Callie torn her ACL and needed surgery. Nationwide covered 90% of the cost and is doing great! Friends I hunt with had recommend Nationwide as a very good company that they had used for years.

This insurance has worked well for us.
This insurance has worked well for us. Our Vet files the claim and it is adjudicated quickly and efficiently. My only wish is that the reimbursement be directly deposited in my bank account instead of going through Chase.

Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
