Collect premiums, slow to pay, minimal payment or denying all
Since taking over for VIP Nationwide is very slow to pay and will take the maximum of 30 days to respond to bills. Then when advised of the payment, they state they want more information, even though every thing was received with the original billing submission. Then expect to wait another 30 days to find they will deny payment; due to them reducing coverage and maximum paid out which is 1/4 of the cost. Very little seems to be covered now I would recommend not taking out the basic wellness coverage, you can save money not paying the premium for regular visits.
