Nationwide is the best pet insurance!

So glad I found Nationwide. They really are the best pet insurance available. The coverage is great, claims process is easy, and personnel are always helpful. Because of this insurance I was able to adopt a companion dog for my dog. Could not have done it without the peace of mind that Nationwide provides.

I've really enjoyed having pet insurance and working with Nationwide.

As a first-time, full-time, pet owner, I've really enjoyed the peace of mind Nationwide Pet Insurance gives me! I know I can take her to the vet whenever I need to without having to worry about the potentially astronomical bills. I also really like that my plan covers preventative healthcare. I hadn't found many other plans that did when I was shopping around!

Nationwide is a great company to deal with.

Our dog had several related and on related medical issues hit him over a very short period of time. We submitted numerous claims to cover all of his veterinary visits, nationwide review them and cover the cost of the veterinary treatment quickly. Thank you very much

The greatest! Quick and simple claim service. Highly recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance.

This is our first experience with pet insurance. Nationwide has been a the greatest with easy claims processing. Will definitely keep the coverages we now have.

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
