Great insurance
I really wish my own health insurance service was as good as the service I received for Weston from Nationwide. I was speaking with customer service regarding some minor help with the website and the rep asked about how Weston was doing. At the time he was having a small ear problem. The rep immediately took control and asked when I had submitted my claim so that he could provide me a status. At the time I had not submitted a claim, but did so about an hour after the phone call. The entire process was easy and efficient! Absolutely excellent experience!

It takes too long to reimburse for claims
I felt like it took too long to be reimbursed with my latest claims. My premium is deducted timely so I feel claims should be handled more promptly.

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
