Horrible — making a bad situation worse
This company makes hard times worse by carefully digging for ways to reject any part of your claim, sending you on wild chases for additional paperwork, and never doing the legwork on your behalf. Would it kill you to contact the vet on our behalf if you need documents or clarification? I once had a claim rejected because I didn't include the diagnosis on the HAND WRITTEN claim form. 1. You should have called the hospital and 2. Should I have just hand written some crazy diagnoses on all my other rejected claims and then maybe you would have helped me out? The people on the phones are super friendly, but their hands are tied. Your company doesn't offer any kind of protection or piece of mind. Doing business with you is painful.
