Customer service abilities can be better

Nationwide is a pretty good insurance company and it’s super important to have one for your furbaby. My only complaint is about their customer service. I was on the phone with a representative and I was trying to clarify the result of the tests my kitten had to do. I made a mistake and submitted the claim form before I got the results, as it was the first time I ever submitted a claim. This representative gave so much attitude and left me wishing I never called to ask for help. Customer service is so important, ONE representative can ruin how the customer feels. Otherwise, nationwide is pretty good and they do help cover a lot of the expenses.

Thank You!

It was so comforting to be able to provide the best care for our Charlie and not worry about his vet bill. Nationwide has lived up to its promise. Claims were easy to file and processed timely. Thank you Nationwide for being on our side!! We have recommended Nationwide to our pet owners friends so that's really the highest form of compliment.

I have never had a problem or delay in any of my filings. Everything has been done by email, I am kept update on the steps they take during the rpocess.
