Easy and Excellent Service
We used the call-in line. they were very professional and helpful. When we did take the dog to the vet, filing the claim was easy and my reimbursement was quick.

Best decision ever to get pet insurance!
I am so thankful to have pet insurance! To call the vet line and have a friendly, compassionate person is awesome! No question is dumb. I submit my claims and get a response immediately! Very easy to do. I have recommended Nationwide to others.

Payout Limits

Exclusions
