Get this insurance for your puppy or kitty when you bring the home!
We’ve carried this insurance since 1987 when we brought our first Yorkie puppy home. I ALWAYS recommend it to new “parents”. You can tailor the policy to meet your premium budget for deductibles, standard coverage for both wellness visits (shots, etc.) and illness. We have been totally pleased with this insurance. We tried a different insurance company once to save on premiums and had an emergency clinic bill over $3,000.00 that the alternate insurance didn’t cover. Now we would have no other than Nationwide Pet Insurance.

Very happy with Nationwide
I am happy to recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance. I read an article about pet ins recently and some people were not happy with their company. We have had Nationwide for over 10 years and they have covered knee surgeries on 2 Chihuahuas and now her heart condition. They have settled every claim very fast. As long as we have pets we will have Nationwide.

After a sudden change in our dogs health, having pet insurance has become a wonderful benefit. Claims are handled quickly and the forms can be sent easily electronically.

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
