Extremely helpful, extremely simple

I have been extremely impressed with my pet's health insurance. I rescued an older dog that almost immediately started experiencing health issues. Our pet insurance has been the least of our worries - the customer service is excellent, the claims are ridiculously easy to file, I never have any concerns about vet bills. I would definitely recommend their service.

We are very pleased with Nationwide pet ins.

We have been very satisfied with Nationwide Pet Ins. Our poor Bruce has had some bad luck. But he’s on the mend now. Just having some itchy issues which could be allergies due to the seasons changing. I would highly recommend Nationwide Pet in’s.

Nationwide is definitely on my side

Nationwide pet insurance has saved me thousands every year...its great to not have to worry about vet bills or surprise pet illnesses and injuries...They cover EVERYTHING... I just take a picture of my bill and my claim is sent... 6 days later the money is in my account.... I don't ever have to talk to anyone...

Wonderful Pet Insurance

The process is very easy to obtain great vet insurance. Claims are easy to submit and claims are paid very quickly. I have been pleased with this pet insurance and have shared my experience with many friends and family members.

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
