You sent me a check in a realistic timely manner.

When you pay for any insurance it should be there when you need it without hassles. Your service was there for me and my dog and that matters. I was pleased with the reimbursement and I will convey that to my friends and family. If you hadn't been there for me I would be conveying that as well to everyone who would listen. i.e. You solidified yourself a customer and bought yourself some great advertising. Very quick turnaround time for the review of the claim and the reimbursement. The wonderful dog is doing fine and with some rest and some medication has healed well. Appreciate your care and concern

I am thankful for the insurance

I DO LIKE THE INSURANCE AND HAVE BEEN WITH IT BEFORE NATIONWIDE. I sometimes am confused on what they cover and do not cover etc. I also would like to talk to someone yearly so I can serif the plan is growing with my dogs or if i need a different plan. All & all it has been good. Also I liked prior having a cc that had no finance charge for vet visits. I have the CC but don't use it because there is not really a benefit to using it.

So far, so good!

This insurance was highly recommended by a group of neighbors and I'm happy I followed their advice. Nationwide had an easy application process and so far the ease of uploading the vet's invoices and being reimbursed has been a breeze.

Excellent insurance

Always reimbursed in a timely fashion. Very easy to file claims. A little pricy but benefits worth it.

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
