Great response to a claim

We recently took our new puppy to the Vet for a check up and shots. Submitting the claim to Nationwide for those services was easy and painless. Their response was quick and terrific. I'm very pleased to have chosen them to cover my beloved new family member. I have no fear that future needs will be handled as professionally as this claim was. Thank you, Nationwide.

Awesome!

During the time of Covid 19, my husband, who is in the restaurant business, did not receive a full pay check. Unfortunately our Labrador developed a limp and we were unsure of the cause. We ran up several bills totally almost $900.00. Before our charge card even came due, we received almost all of the money in reimbursement! Imagine our relief, that in our time of need, we were able to fully take care of our beloved pet. I cannot say enough good about this insurance. Just get it!

Excellent company to dealwith

I have had Nationwide Pet Insurance since I got my dog 6 years ago. You’ve always been very helpful and easy to deal with, and always very prompt in processing/paying claims. I recommend you guys to everyone I know that is looking for pet insurance!

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
