Clear & reasonable filing, reviewing, and receiving claim
Have had a small streak of slow responses, but that has improved over the past year. All is good with filing a claim and automated responses let me know it was received. I’ve also used their service to make decisions about expensive tests and procedures- excellent being able to speak to someone that’s knowledgeable. It’s like getting a second medical opinion. A huuuge value + relief on many levels. Really thankful!
