The best comprehensive insurance that me and my pet could have ever asked for
Amazing customer service and always prompt and very helpful. No long hold and wait times. 24/7 vet helpline is such a great perk as well. I love the ease of submitting claims and receiving online reimbursements without waiting for paper checks and claims in the mail. Highly recommend!!

No issues
We got the insurance in case there is a major issue, so to the extent we are not using the insurance it is a good thing. The nice part about this insurance coverage is that it covers preventive measures so our vet submits a claim after each visit. The time between a claim being submitted and being paid is excellent.

Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.

Waiting Period

Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
