My claim got approved... eventually
Everything would be great if I just didn’t have to go through a hassle of having to submit and then re-submit the same documents a few more times, waiting and hoping for the claim to be approved after each time. I did not find the process pleasant or fast, but I am glad in the end my claim did get approved. This is why I’m rating this experience a 7.

They help me take care of my pet!
Nationwide has been a fantastic insurance company to work with regarding my pet. They send thorough communication, and keep me informed of what's going on so I'm not left in the dark. I would highly recommend them for pet insurance!

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
