Good coverage that's easy to access
After adopting a cat that ended up with diabetes and a lot of dental work required, having insurance turned out to be crucial. It's awful to be in a position where you feel like you have to choose between your pet's health and your financial situation, and fortunately this policy has enabled me to stay focused on my cat's health rather than worrying about if I can afford to take care of him. Both the one-time big cost of the dental work and the recurring costs of insulin and syringes have been covered, which has made it all much more manageable. It also helps that it's incredibly easy to submit a claim with the invoice from the vet through an app. Takes less than a minute after the first time it's set up and usually only takes a couple of weeks to get reimbursed.
