Great Insurance!
I love nationwide pet insurance! This is the first dog I have taken insurance out on, and it was one of the best decisionS I ever made! My dog has had a lot of issues - nothing major, but enough to make me glad I had insurance! Easy to submit the claims, fast turn around, good communication. If I ever had a problem, customer service was friendly and solved the problem quickly!

Super-fast claim processing!
My cat, Puzzles, has been going through a lot of health issues this year. There have been several expensive visits to the vet, including a special visit to a cardiologist, which wasn't cheap. My budget took a pretty big hit with that bill, but Nationwide processed my claim and submitted my reimbursement within a week! I know for a lot of pet owners who don't have insurance, they might be more likely to forgo special visits like that because of cost, but I felt better knowing I had insurance and Nationwide would reimburse me for a big chunk of the cost. The fact that they were so speedy helped even more!! Thank you!

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage.
The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.
Age Limits
No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
