Terrific
My Toy Poodle gets into things and have been sick a few times. I’m glad I have this insurance which have helped a lot with the cost of her bills.

Great policy, great customer service
I switched from another insurance company. Premiums are very reasonable, customer service is great, turnaround time for review of claims and payment are incredibly fast. Coverage is really great.

They took care of my Lucky!
our case worker Emilly was FANTASTIC. she would respond to each email within minutes and was very passionate about what she is doing and was doing her best to take care of Lucky. They really care about your pet. they way they acknowledge your pet in emails or call themselves champion for your case rather than customer service is all ++++. Best insurance for dog I ever had, I had tried many other pet insurances before for my prior pets like VPI and .... but this people know what they are doing and they actually care about you and your pet.
Monthly Cost
Policies start at $10/Month
Coverage
Accident and Illness coverage, with optional wellness package at reimbursement levels of 70%,
80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Payout Limits
Lemonade Pet Insurance benefits cap off between $5,000 and $100,000, depending on how users set up their policy.
Deductible
$100, $250 or $500 annually.
Age Limits
Pets must be at least 8 weeks old to enroll. Lemonade does not terminate coverage
for pets as they age.
Waiting Period
All Lemonade pet policies have a series of waiting periods:
-2 days for accidents
-14 days for illnesses
-6 months for cruciate ligament events
There is no waiting period for preventative coverage.
Exclusions
Exclusions follow the market standard, so they don’t cover pre-existing conditions; bilateral conditions, dental illness, microchipping; anal gland expression; spaying and neutering; something that happens because of breeding or pregnancy; prescription food; vitamins; and supplements; experimental treatments, or recurring conditions. They will be expanding some of these coverages soon.
