Pet insurance
I have used Lemonade for both my Labradoodles. It is easy to file a claim and i get my reimbursement quick. The monthly premium is very affordable also.

no matter how later or how earlier there is always a way to reach out someone. And a zip zap reimbursement
Nice and helpful people to support us. The reimbursement has been coming in 2xor 3 days after put in a claim.
I could expect any better.

Outstanding Customer Service
Only had this insurance for about 2 months. I was pleasantly surprised. When I filed my first claim a few weeks after the start date I was paid within minutes. I’ve dealt with insurance companies all my life. To be reimbursed within minutes of my claim being filed is amazing!

Easy process with caring customer service
Lemonade has been amazing! We knew we were going to get pet insurance even before we picked our puppy up. We did a lot of research and decided that Lemonade had a great price for the coverage we needed. We added the extra wellness package and it was definitely worth it. There are a ton of up front vet costs with a new puppy and having this insurance was extremely helpful. Submitting claims is super easy on the app and payments are sent quickly as well. The customer service representatives who get assigned to my claims are always so nice and helpful and it is wonderful to know that I'm speaking with someone who really seems to care about the wellbeing of my pup. I definitely recommend Lemonade!

Monthly Cost
Policies start at $10/Month
Coverage
Accident and Illness coverage, with optional wellness package at reimbursement levels of 70%,
80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Payout Limits
Lemonade Pet Insurance benefits cap off between $5,000 and $100,000, depending on how users set up their policy.
Deductible
$100, $250 or $500 annually.
Age Limits
Pets must be at least 8 weeks old to enroll. Lemonade does not terminate coverage
for pets as they age.
Waiting Period
All Lemonade pet policies have a series of waiting periods:
-2 days for accidents
-14 days for illnesses
-6 months for cruciate ligament events
There is no waiting period for preventative coverage.
Exclusions
Exclusions follow the market standard, so they don’t cover pre-existing conditions; bilateral conditions, dental illness, microchipping; anal gland expression; spaying and neutering; something that happens because of breeding or pregnancy; prescription food; vitamins; and supplements; experimental treatments, or recurring conditions. They will be expanding some of these coverages soon.
