Small Claims easy, Others not so much
We signed up in July ‘21 and paid for the premium level insurance and for the most part, it was a great service, quick and easy but those were just puppy shots. Once we actually had a real claim of any substance it took a long time to get a response. Not to mention, the claim process was much more difficult. For example, some items on your invoice just aren’t an option in the app drop down list and you’re left unsure as to what to do. We ended up just sending the whole invoice in instead of listing itemized services but that created a lengthy delay in reimbursement. Then we discover that only 3 vaccinations are covered in a given year…for a young puppy, who needs shots about every month for 3 months.. So we pay premium prices for what exactly?
