I like the ease-of-use of their website - submitting a claim is a breeze. As long as you have the medical records from your vet and an itemized bill, the process couldn't be simpler. All my communications with them have been pleasant and efficient. Their premiums are fair and their coverage is excellent. When my 9-year-old Boston Terrier recently had to have emergency surgery, followed by a long in-hospital recovery and extended treatment, his bills quickly soared over $10,000. Healthy Paws processed my claims quickly and I received reimbursement for 80% of everything once the deductible was met, and I received direct deposits before my credit card bill even came due. I am so very thankful to have Healthy Paws insurance take great care of my “kids”. It totally eased my financial burden, and is the best decision I made.
