The worst!
I have had pet insurance for years with another company and because of their reviews I changed. What a mistake!! I had a Doberman that was diagnosed with kidney failure. It took forever to get his er visit paid. They want all kinds of notes that vet's don't do. As my vet said I'm done I'm out of the insurance business. I supplied them with by bill, codes and the notes that were available on the file. It's been a month and I still have not been paid on my puppies death. I always upload all forms and add notes to make it simple. I have spent hours on the phone with customer serve and they are nice but NOTHING gets done. Horrible! I cancelled my other dogs and went back to my old company that this would have been paid in 3-5 days .
