Where to begin......Healthy Paws staff are all amazing! They care about our kids (to us they are with a lot more hair) They go above and beyond every single day. They are kind and understand everyone's circumstance. Our precious boy, Gatsby had cancer, luckily it was a Mast Cell Tumor, low grade, clear markings. We caught it in the early stages and the tumor was removed, we will not need any other therapy. While the upfront cost of surgery is substantial, Healthy Paws reimbursed our claim and within 48 hours I had 90% of our claim reimbursed. AMAZING! In times of a pandemic crisis, they make life easy. I have had other pet insurance policies in the past, but Healthy Paws has been the best. They actually pay what they say they are going to pay! My cat Roshi ate a mesh avocado bag and had to have emergency abdominal surgery to get it out. The expense was staggering, but Healthy Paws covered the 80% according to my policy in full. It made having the surgery a reality. Not only that, but they checked up on him afterwards! I’d like to see a human insurance company do that!!

I have a cat that was actually in Kidney Failure when i took her into the vet. They tried some medication on her for a few days because of the cats temperament. After 4 days she was a different cat. She is eating better and her temperament has made 180 degree turn. I would not have been able to do this without Healthy Paws. They reimbursed quickly and emailed to check on her.
