Excellent customer service
Charlie, our 10 1/2-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel has been covered by Healthy Paws since 2013.
As soon as my vet sends the invoice I get an e-mail. Once the claim has a number I get an e-mail. Once the invoice is approved and paid, I get an e-mail and within two days our reimbursement is directly deposited into our bank.
I chose Healthy Paws for our dogs (we also have a 3-year-old rescue named Marli) because of the research I did. I asked our office manager of our vet's office what insurance was used the most and she said, "Healthy Paws." I went online and checked them against other companies.
If I have questions I can e-mail or call them and always speak to a caring and knowledgable person.
Charlie is on a few heart medications now and just yesterday I got an e-mail from customer service asking me how Charlie was feeling and to please let them know, which I did. That's what I call excellent customer service!
I highly recommend this company.
