Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

We have been using Healthy Paws for our rescue pup for about 6 months, and already had to submit several claims. The process was so easy, and we got reimbursement via mail very quickly with no questions asked. They even reached out to us after each case to personally ask how our dog was doing after his health scares, which was such a nice personal touch. Prices were also the best we found. Definitely recommend them for your pet!!

Healthypaws has been nothing but amazing for myself as a pet owner and to my two dogs, Bear and Bronx. I would recommend this company to anyone with animals. The peace of mind it gives you knowing that if something happens to your "kids," they've got you covered. They also check up with you to see how your animals are doing. At first, I though it it was just an animated auto-response email, but it was an actual person that carried on a conversation about Bear and genuinely seemed to care. A+ company!

Being a member of Healthy Paws has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. The unfailing support and compassion that the Healthy Paws company demonstrates has been so helpful as we have undergone very upsetting situations with our dogs over the years. At a time when we are so upset about the situations going on with our dogs, it is unbelievably helpful to know that we don't have to make decisions based on the finances of the medical care, but just on helping our sweet ones get the help they need to get well again. We have been a family of multiple dogs for many years now. Our recent family of three dogs are all experiencing problems at this point as we are a household of senior dogs ( and senior people!). Since March, everyone has had problems, but our youngest has had the most significant problems with a diabetes and concurrent cancer diagnosis. So, needless to say we have been flooding Healthy Paws with claims since March. But, I cannot tell you how comforting it has been that we have been able to focus our thoughts completely on caring for our dogs and not worrying about how we can take care of paying for the service. So, thank you for all you do to help bring peace of mind.

I am amazed by Healthy Paws. We switched from Nationwide because their claim tracking was so archaic and complicated and it took 30+ days to be reimbursed. Healthy Paws is so quick and easy! Our claims are processed within 2 days and they have incredible customer service. With the stress of having a sick doggo, it's a relief not to have additional worries about insurance issues.

We have had this insurance for both of our dogs since they were a year old. Both of them have different degrees of degenerate joint disease and arthritis and I love that some supplements and therapies, such as acupuncture, adequan and laser, are covered!! Also our one dog had TPLO surgery that was covered as well!! So grateful to have this help so we can keep our fur babies happy and healthy!! Thank you!!
