Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

They paid my claim within 10 days, just as advertised, even though it took longer than that to get all my supporting documents to them. They also kept me informed about the progress of my claim. At the time I signed up, four years ago, they also had the best rates for my dog's age. I haven't comparison shopped since then but I've been happy with the service and not tempted to change. When I emailed a question about a rate change, their customer service was prompt to reply with an explanation. Compared to my previous pet insurance company, which took over two months to pay a claim (I suspect they were waiting to get more premium payments from me), Healthy Paws has been stellar.

I have had healthy paws for over a year and never needed it until now. My youngest dog Iris needed TPLO surgery and they reimbursed the money to me so quickly it helped pay the credit card I used for the surgery. They are so easy to work with. Thank you so much and they even emailed to check on her.

Most definitely would recommend healthy paws to other pet owners. Everyone is so nice and caring about your animal. We have had them for 4 years and not one complaint about them

First and foremost, I absolutely love that I chose Healthy Paws to protect my 2 kitty babies, Miko & Milyy. My baby boy Miko fractured his forelimb & I was hit with an outrageous amount to fix him up that I just could not afford right at that moment. My vet clinic, All About Cats Veterinary Hospital, was so kind & helpful to help care for Miko while I looked for someone who can do the surgery and they also recommended 3 places and the last one was who I went with.(I totally recommend this clinic for anyone with cats, as well as the Veterinarian who did Miko's surgery, but my experience with them is another story😁) However, when I reached out to Healthy Paws and told them that I needed help with the upfront cost (and after sending all of Miko's medical records), they approved to pay 90% (which is on my policy for the reimbursement) while I paid the remaining 10%. I am soo soo sooooo thankful for them! I don't know how I would have been able to pay for my baby Miko's surgery if it was not for them! Words cannot describe how thankful I am for Healthy Paws ❤ They were also so kind enough to check up on Miko... & Haley (who helped me through it) even took time out of her day and busy schedule to personally write me & Miko a postcard. They are kind, amazing & so caring and you can tell how genuine they are about caring & helping you & your pet(s).❤❤❤ I will recommend every single person I know that has a furbaby of their own to choose Healthy Paws because of what they were able to do for me during a time I needed them most. I absolutely love Healthy Paws. They covered all the bills for our dog’s unexpected emergent neurosurgery and gave me no trouble at all. Claims were easy to file and reimbursement came In a timely manner. Can’t recommend them enough!
