Rip off
I have paid for insurance on my 2 cats for about 7 months. They were both neutered when I adopted them as 5-6 month old kittens. I took one of my cats to his veterinarian in July and submitted documents to the company. They emailed me about a week later wanting “ALL” his medical records which I sent. Another week and they again ask me for his records. I called the company and spoke with a nice man who said he’d make a note that the records I sent were all I or the doctor had. He had only been to the doctor for one problem and that was the only time he’d been to the vet since I adopted him.
Another week goes by and I get another email asking the same thing. I call and speak with a woman this time. I’m getting upset now because this was supposed to be taken care of with the previous phone call. Apparently not.
Still waiting on my check but not holding my breath. I have stopped paying.
