Westside Vet Hospital is a wonderful place. The front office staff are all very pleasant and super efficient. The wait times to see the vet are reasonable. The techs are friendly and efficient. Do not get Healthy Paws. It felt like a bait and switched when my dog was going to turn 12. All these years I paid a premium to have a 10 percent copay with a 250 deductible. Every year they raise their rates a lot. But I was shocked when my renewal policy just came up and they said my new deductible was $500 and I have a 30 percent copay and they raised the rates. No other options. Very infuriating and I would NEVER recommend them as a result. Up until now they paid claims very fast and I rarely had issues other then the really raising rates a lot each year. I started at $33 a month and am now at $139 a months for a 30 pound dog.
