Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

After our precious Max was given the diagnosis that he’d torn his knee ligament, we were devastated. It turned out that he needed surgery and it was extremely costly. Thank goodness, we had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance! They came through for us and it was so comforting to know that the staff cared about our situation and honored our policy. We are so grateful!

If I could give them 6 stars, I would! Healthy Paws has truly amazed me. I was in complete fear that they might drop me after my 10.5yr Labrador became very ill and had to undergo a liver biopsy, which included a 3 night stay at a costly ER vet.... I had heard stories from people with other pet insurance that were dropped when these big ticket expenses came up, but Healthy Paws stuck with me the whole way!! Their online portal is extremely easy to use. I uploaded my invoices in a matter of seconds. My claims were reviewed within 1-2 days, and my reimbursement checks arrived very quickly. Knowing they were covering a lot of the costs gave me huge peace of mind and the ability to focus my attention on my dog, and making the best health choices for her regardless of price. She's now doing better than ever! I was also very touched to get a personal email from someone at Healthy Paws saying how sorry they were to hear about my dog's illness, and wondering how she's doing. That little bit goes a long way in showing top notch customer service.
