Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

Many years ago I was seeking to change Pet Insurance Companies. I checked out Healthy Paws and have been so pleased with the decision to sign our sweet boxer up for coverage. She has not required frequent need for care coverage despite being diagnosed with Megaesophagus. She has had a malignant tumor removed and just recently blew out her ACL requiring joint surgery. Despite age 9 being on the older side for a boxer, she remains very active. The claims process couldn't be more simple! I used my phone app, took a picture of the invoice and sent it. Not thinking I would be placing a claim this year I had not sent a few earlier invoices re a few meds. All were accepted and coverage paid promptly! I could not be happier with service and payment.

Our French Bulldog Rio was admitted to the hospital for IVDD surgery. The bill was about $8,000. Healthy Paws made it easy to file my pup's claim and it was processed quickly. Filing through the app was convenient and helped ease our financial stress. I highly recommend this pet insurance company!

Healthy Paws has been a life saver for us with our little Yorkie that somehow developed an eye injury and needed major eye surgery. They were quick to respond to the bill sent to them and very concerned for our little girl. So glad we signed with Healthy Paws.

My dog Hiccup is very low key; he doesn't get into much nonsense or cause issues. I've had Healthy Paws insurance since the week he was adopted (5 years or so) and have very rarely had to use it. Recently he managed to eat something that was extremely difficult for him to pass. He was throwing up, unable to poop, lethargic, etc. We took him to the emergency vet with the peace of mind that they could do whatever he needed to get him comfortable for the time being and back on the right digestive track upon his release. Hiccup is doing great again and I'm very thankful finances was not a thought during it all. All I had to do was make sure Hiccup received the care he needed. There were times in the years where I've questioned whether or not the insurance was needed, but I'm beyond grateful for the peace of mind it has given me while he was sick. I highly recommend Healthy Paws as insurance for furry ones.

Healthy paws has taken great care of Chai! She's an athletic dog who tends to get athlete injuries. Healthy paws is great at reviewing her claims fast and covering all the expenses that her policy entails. Having Healthy Paws for pet insurance is like having peace of mind all year long
