Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

Healthy Paws has been a wonderful insurance provider for our pet family. We are huge animal lovers and currently have two Boston Terriers and we also had two other Boston Terriers that have since passed away in 2016 and 2018. Every single one of our dogs has been covered by Healthy Paws insurance and the claims process is incredibly easy and super smooth, unlike any other insurance company that I've ever dealt with. In addition, they have covered some expensive procedures on our pets and always allow us to make the right health decisions for our pets based only on their quality of life and not the cost of health care. I cannot express how much this alone has meant to us. The staff at Healthy Paws truly cares about your pets as they will even follow up with you on how they are doing. I really wish I would have known about them sooner so that we could have had insurance on our other two from their date of adoption. Moving forward, we will always be insuring our pets with Healthy Paws starting on the day we adopt them. We have introduced four of our friends to Healthy Paws as well through the years and they have all had similar experiences. Thank you so much Healthy Paws for being such an amazing company!

Chance had to go under to remove a mass. I scanned in the bill on the app the day of and the payment was in my account 3 days later. They keep you updated quickly on the status of your claim as it moves through. Full breakdown that’s easy to understand on what is/isn’t covered and why. So easy!

Just want to leave a review on Healthy Paws. Our dachshund puppy has had issues that required visits to the vet. In all cases, Healthy Paws has provided excellent service on insurance claims. So easy to file and review as the website is very user friendly; quick to respond; and, claims are quick to process. I can't thank them enough and am sooo glad I chose them for pet insurance.

When I first got my GSP I knew they were a very high maintenance breed and set out to buy insurance for her. I came across Healthy Paws and to date have filed about 30 claims with them. Each one was paid within a day, and I get the checks within a week. I couldn't be happier with them. Recently my dog had to go to the emergency room for several days and the bill was over $7,000.00. I forwarded it to Healthy Paws and they paid it all under a week. I often joke with friends that my dog has better health insurance than I do.
