Second time they have raised my rate in three years. My plan started off at $35.00 went up to $40.50 and now they are raising my rate again to $47.50 in two months. Just so everyone knows my rate increased within months of filling a small claim. Also veterinarian rates have not gone up 22%.

Absolutely our greatest peace of mind in giving the best possible care for our fur babies! Very quick with claims review and reimbursement and clear in terms of what is covered and what is not depending on the plan and level chosen. Whenever there was any issue with the determination of a certain claim, we are able to speak directly with someone to appeal the claim and in over 5 years of being with them, I have only done this a couple of times. You can always reach a customer service representative too and each time I've called which was very few times, each representative had shown an extraordinary amount of empathy, care, and understanding. One of my pups became diabetic later on and without Healthy Paws, we would not be able to give her all the medication that she needs. I have never had any desire to consider any other insurance as they are the cream of the crop!

They keep you apprised every step of the way and offer excellent communication and feedback. My dog recently needed two surgeries on his eye and approval and payment were prompt and explained at every step. They even offer direct deposit! I have been talking them up to my friends who have recently adopted dogs and cats as they really are a wonderful service.
