I can't say enough great things about Healthy Paw's. Unfortunately, we have had several unexpected surgeries with our pup, and Healthy Paws has saved the day every single time. They really do take the stress out of unfortunate situations, and continuously offer their support, which makes it so much less stressful on us when caring for our little buddy. Whether it's working with them through the claims process or them reaching out to see how our dog is doing post surgery, their customer service is truly unmatched in the best way possible! I do, and will continue to, recommend Healthy Paws to any dog owner I meet!

Healthy Paws has been wonderful for every emergency and unexpected health need I’ve had with my two pups. Most recently, my baby girl Cleo had to have her pinkie amputated, and after easily submitting each claim, I was reimbursed via direct deposit within 1-2 days. If only “people health insurance” were this effortless!

We were VERY happy with our Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. Our labradoodle, who passed away in October at the age of 14, had MANY medical problems from when we first rescued him at the age of 1 1/2. When he was 7 or so we decided to get pet insurance for him. Although the claim did not cover pre-existing conditions (I don't know of any that do) or office visits, they did cover treatment (after annual deductible was reached and at 70% coverage because of his age - see their website or give them a call for detailed coverage) for almost all new conditions that he experienced, of which there were many. This saved us thousands of dollars and, most importantly, allowed us to be able for our labradoodle to receive the highest quality care and for us to spend a lot more time with him than we would have had we not had this pet insurance. It also afforded us the ability to bring him to the vet or the emergency vet anytime that he needed care instead of waiting to see if the condition would go away on its own. When we got a new dog, we immediately signed up for a new policy. In sum, I highly recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance.

Our monthly bill increased 5 dollars without any notification that I received. The reason for the increase was the company had to pay more in our state. I canceled my insurance because this is a ridiculous reason. I should not pay extra because of company profit did not match what was expected. As a customer, we should be able to trust the insurance company but healthy paw failed completely. I did not have any claim but still, my insurance increased. What will happen when my pet gets older and we really need insurance. What a waste of money. So disappointed.
