Healthy Paws already saved our dog's life once, by covering her sudden surgery for liver cancer during the pandemic. Now, she is in the ER with severe pancreatitis, from which she may not recover. We would have had to let her go already, except that Healthy Paws agreed to direct-pay for the remainder of her care. This insurance may seem pricey, but when you need it, it is worth every cent. I am very glad that we did not stop paying for our pets' insurance during the pandemic.

Purchasing health insurance for my dog, Finn was one of the smartest decisions I have made. Finn accidentally ingested some raisins that were on the ground at the park. He was rushed to the animal hospital where he spent three long days and two nights. This was NOT a cheap stay. Thankfully I have insurance and was able to submit my claim the day he arrived home and almost all was covered and the claim was processed in days! I have had this policy for six years and am filing my first claim and it has been nothing but a hassle for the last 10 days. Directions are never clear, no one calls, they send cryptic emails with directions and then ask you for the same thing several times.

Excellent pet insurance. Very easy to use and place a claim. Claims are processed very quickly. You are able to call and speak to a representative, which is wonderful. I love the fact that you have options regarding the cost. Covers many claims that others do not. And the fact that they do not have a lifetime cap is important to me.
