They helped me in the time of need, money was in bank sooner than I expected, and I’m talking about $5k for one torn ACL, very easy process, friendly people, send me email to let my spirits and asking for Xena recovery. Xena will have next surgery, on right leg as well, and another 8 weeks recovery, but at least I know it will be paid by the insurance I trust. Dorothy

No one wishes their pet ever gets sick or undergoes surgery. Our 6yo pit just had to have knee surgery and HP made it so easy and hassle-free that we feel extremely lucky to have them on our side. They reimbursed us 90% of the cost within 3 business days and had even approved direct pay if we didn't have the funds. The best recommendation we ever got from our pit rescue was to get our 6-week puppy covered by HealthyPaws! We would not have been able to take such good care of him without HP! Besides the recent surgery, he has been battling and on long-term therapy for severe chronic allergies since he was 1 year old and we have been able to give him the best care thanks to HP. On the first claim, they asked for full medical records. After that, all I do is take a photo of my receipt via their app and within 2-3 days, the reimbursement is deposited directly on my account. Couldn't be happier or more thankful.

I have been a client with Health Paws for a few years now. Never had a problem filing a claim and getting reimbursed (quick and easy process). Just recently my dog went into some dark chocolate left on the table (he is very mischievous) during the holidays. We called pet poison control who suggested to bring him to the next open hospital (holiday and after hours) he needed to stay overnight and it was heartbreaking. Filing a claim was easy, painless and I got reimbursed in a few days. For my surprise, after a week is so, I received an email from the company checking on my lovely pet. Felt amazing dealing with a company so caring. I love doing business with Health Paws. Over the years I have recommended Healthy Paws to anyone with a pet. When we rushed him to the animal hospital at night, we had no clue how much it would cost us, but his health was our priority. The hospital bill was definitely scary but dealing with health paws was painless and I received my reimbursement really quickly. Great company
