Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

Healthy Paws has been the easiest insurance company to deal with. I wish human insurance companies were as easy and pleasant. The claims are very easy to file and I have received any reimbursement checks within a few weeks. They have excellent customer service, very helpful staff, and their prices, deductibles, and services are the best around. They have been completely reliable! I would highly recommend using Healthy Paws for your dog (or any other pet) insurance.

I have been pleased with Healthy Paws. The enrollment process was very easy. Our cat had respiratory issues that required several vet visits, x-rays, blood tests & pharmaceuticals. The claims process was simple using the app. Healthy Paws needed all of her medical records to process the claims so getting that info sent over from both vets offices delayed the initial payment. Once they received the records, the claims were processed right away & money deposited to my designated account. The follow up visit claims were processed right away as they only needed the new notes. I wish I had gotten this insurance on my dog when he was a puppy. I have learned my lesson. I will add new pets to this policy as they come home.

Healthy Paws is the first insurance I’ve ever had for a dog. My new puppy became ill with intestinal problems at 9 months old. Filing the claims was easy, quick and response immediate. I was reimbursed for 80% of costs minus $250 deductible within 10 days. I sure wish I had this for my older dogs.
