Tilly had been struggling with a drug resistant bacteria in her left ear for a year. We had already done a surgery to remove the top part of her ear canal, in the hopes that it would make her ear issue easier to treat. After several more months of treatments and struggle, we needed to remove her entire inner ear. The surgery was tough, and her recovery was long but we got through it. The easiest part of the process was filing for reimbursement. We had an answer on coverage within 24 hours, and we also received a follow up email checking in on Tilly. We have had nothing but positive experiences in the 2 1/2 years we’ve had Healthy Paws. Although we’ve never needed it for our other pup, it’s a comfort simply knowing that it’s there, and that we can be assured of superior customer service. We have an 8 month old puppy who has had a few rounds of diarrhea, conjunctivitis and most recently received a dog bite at the dog park.
