Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

Healthy paws has been the absolute best! While I maintained my policy for many years without making any claims, Healthy Paws has been there when they were most needed covering over $25K in medical costs within the past 6 months. This year my beloved 14 year old dog developed liver cancer. Healthy Paws has covered absolutely everything from tumor removal surgery to specialized genomic cancer testing to chemotherapy and ongoing monitoring. My little guy is still with us and doing fine because of the fantastic care I was able to procure with my Healthy Paws coverage. So so thankful for the peace of mind.

I have been very happy with Healthy Paws insurance. My only hesitation is the cost. However when my dog needed emergency care it was such a relief to have her fully covered by a company that had covered claims in the past with little hassle. I was able to make decisions based upon what was best for my little dog, rather than the cost of the procedures. Healthy paws was quick in settling the claims and very compassionate.

I took out insurance on my two cats through healthy paws 4 years ago. I had a discount through work which I couldn’t get activated on line and so I called to finalize the policy and review the details. I recently needed to file a claim and discovered that both policies were set up incorrectly. It’s been several weeks waiting for a response to the claim and I feared this was a tactic to deny it - but nope, they honored the claim and adjusted my premium accordingly. That’s integrity.

Unfortunately at just two years old my little girl was diagnosed with a pretty bad autoimmune disease. heathy paws has been a godsend, giving her the best care I can is now possible, and a huge weight off my shoulders knowing for once I can actually do everything I can for my baby.
