Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

Highly recommend Healthy Paws! I got the recommendation from some friends and decided to get the insurance for my new family member. The smooth communication and strong support from the team made me feel very confident and impressive about the team after I filed the claim. Also the info and website is very detailed, clear and user-friendly for new users like me.

After checking out multiple insurance companies for my new puppy, I decided on Healthy Paws. Boy, did I the right choice! They’ve kept in touch through the years with helpful articles and just always letting us know they were there for us. Our pup blew out her ACL recently. Instead of freaking out over how we were going to pay for this expensive surgery I knew we had coverage with our insurance. We had the freedom to work on getting Riley healthy without any worries. Healthy Paws even checked in on her progress a few days after surgery. It’s only a week and our payment is on its way. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Both of my dogs are on Healthy Paws and we love the feeling of security they give us.

So grateful for Healthy Paws. The claims department is quick and attentive, I waited less than a week for my reimbursement. I don't know what we would have done without pet insurance; I am grateful that we didn't have to weigh our dogs health against our finances. I could not recommend healthy paws more!

My rate doubled overnight without so much as an email! Couldn't believe it, so I tried contacting them and found it was easier to just cancel it. Didn't even use it for 8 yrs but my monthly premium was almost the same as my yearly deductible!

For years, we have carried insurance with Healthy Paws for all of our Field Trial dogs . . . It's a comfort knowing they are there if we need them. Always friendly, accommodating and strive to process reimbursements in a timely manner.
