I can't recommend Healthy Paws enough

I can't recommend Healthy Paws enough! I have a new puppy (14 weeks old) and she's been sick for the last 2 weeks. As a new dog mom, it was scary for me to have to take her to the ER so frequently and get her treated. I'm thankful that through the stress, the one thing I didn't have to worry about was the cost and I was able to focus on making sure my little one was okay. I knew that my Healthy Paws coverage was going to help with the financial strain of so many emergency visits and I'm so thankful for their insurance options. The coverage was fantastic and the team at Healthy Paws checked in to see how my pup was doing/feeling. They are so kind and it's easy to see why they came so highly recommended from friends as a great pet insurance option!

A nice peace of mind, but keep raising rates significantly each year (35% this year)

I have mostly been very pleased with the peace of mind and ease of Healthy Paws. I've had years where I've had a $1000 or more in reimbursements. I'm not sure if it's because I actually put in claims or if it's that my cat is now 12 years old but they raised my policy monthly premium from $73 to $99. I have a 7 yr old and 12 yr old cat. The 7yr has had no claims. I've been a client for 10 years for the older cat.

I recommend Health Paws insurance (HP)

I recommend Health Paws insurance (HP). My older dog (7 years) and my younger dog (2 years old) and my two granddogs are all covered by HP and we have had good experiences with HP. They are reasonable and promptly reimburse bills!

I highly recommend Healthy Paws insurance

Our older (7 years) and younger (2 years) dog are both insured by HP. We are very happy with the insurance. They have always been quite reasonable and very prompt in processing and sending reimbursement for our vet bills!

Human insurance companies could learn a thing or two from Healthy Paws...

Human insurance companies could learn a thing or two from Healthy Paws Pet Insurance, truly. When I had to put my first dog down and emailed Healthy Paws with a heavy heart to end my policy, I never thought that I would receive a condolence card in the mail with personalized messages signed by every staffer in the office a week later--the compassion and care that went into such a simple act brought me to tears. Human insurance companies don't do that... Fast forward two years and we got another rescue puppy: there was no question that I would immediately return to Healthy Paws. However, I was thrown for a loop when around Tycho's first birthday, I took him to the vet because he was limping and was told that he needed two knee replacements. At almost $4500 each, I would never have been able to give my big fur baby the care he deserves without Healthy Pets. I submitted all of Tycho's medical history and all of his receipts and within a week of each claim, I received checks in the mail. Again, if only human insurance policies were so simple and accommodating... But that's not all! (I feel like an infomercial, but that's seriously how confident I am in this company.) Amidst the stress of helping my dog recover from his surgery, Healthy Paws customer service sent me follow-up emails to check on Tycho and see how he was doing--TWICE! When was the last time your HUMAN insurance did something like that? I will fur-ever use and promote Healthy Paws to my family and friends. They have cracked the code on customer service on so many levels while simultaneously making claims simple and straight forward.
