Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

It can be a daunting task selecting health insurance for your new fur baby but I can honestly say that from purchasing the policy, to submitting a claim and receiving the reimbursement; Healthy Paws has made the process seamless and so easy! Our Charlie has been pretty sick over the past few months and the bills were adding up and we are so grateful we had pet health insurance to ease our minds financially so we could be emotionally available to take care of him. Their customer service is not only helpful but they actually care! They even wrote us a personal email asking how he was feeling after noticing more frequent claims being submitted! I highly recommend this insurance company if you are still trying to decide! We wouldn’t choose any other company. They are simply the best!

I love Healthy Paws Pet Insurance! We have 2 dogs and we got pet insurance right after we got them. We have needed to use the insurance for each pup and the process for filing a claim is seamless and quick! The reimbursement comes super fast too! And best of all, I received an email after Ralphie’s surgery asking how he was doing. It was so personal and heartfelt! It was a really wonderful sentiment.

Same here. Dog has never filed a claim but premiums have been going up every year. Better off putting money in bank for if and when needed.

We have had Healthy Paws Insurance for a couple of years for my now 10 year old Heeler-Shephard mix, Osa. I consider it one of the best decisions we made. The ease and simplicity of filing claims and the speed at which the reimbursement check arrives is a blessing. Customer service has been kind, timely, responsive and personal. Osa just had ACL surgery to the tune of 8k. Knowing that Healthy Paws would be covering 80% of that bill made the whole process smoother. We could concentrate on our sweet dog and her needs and not worry about the bill. I would highly recommend this insurance company to anyone looking to insure their pet. Truly my pet has better health insurance than I do!

My dog has been insured with Healthy Paws for the past four years. In that time, he has had multiple health issues, many visits to the ER and several surgeries. But for his insurance, I (and he with me) would be in the poor house. Not once has Healthy Paws questioned a claim. And their service just gets better and better. I submitted a claim last night at 7 PM and the claim was settled in less than 24 hours. That's impressive. My previous dog was insured with a company other than Healthy Paws. They were good but not great. Healthy Paws is astoundingly good, and their customer service people are always so kind and helpful.
