Healthy Paws has been there for my two dogs throughout their lives. Their dedication and quality of service demonstrate that they really value helping parents care for their four-legged loved ones. I have been impressed by how quickly they process claims and the ease of doing so, bringing much-needed peace of mind during emotionally challenging situations so that I can focus on caring for my furry family members. To top that off, the staff personally reaches out to check in on how we are doing when we experience a health challenge. I am very appreciative of Healthy Paws and am grateful for their support.

Every time we've had to take our puppy to the vet for some kind of urgent care, I haven't worried about the expense because I know Healthy Paws is going to reimburse me without delay. This insurance has been a life saver, literally, for my Labrador Moose. Just before Thanksgiving Moose fell ill with hemorrhagic gastroenteritis. It was Sunday and instead of waiting until Monday to see our vet, I took him to the Emergency hospital. The doctors there said he would have died during the night if I had waited. He had to stay 4 days with 4 hour care, IV's , meds etc. Because of this insurance I was able to afford this lifesaving care. I submitted the claim and was informed only 4 days later that a check was in the mail! I will get the check before the credit card bill comes. This has been a great Christmas present this year, saving Moose. The folks at Healthy Paws mare all great, fantastic customer care and swift responses to claims.

We purchased a Healthy Paws policy when our dog was a puppy, and we have been extremely satisfied with the policy and the service. The company is clear what they will cover, and I have never had them argue a reimbursement. In fact, our dog recently had major leg surgery, and they covered it and sent us a reimbursement within 2 days of our claim submission! They are very easy to use with either the computer or the mobile app, and everything is taken care of quickly with automatic deposit.
