Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I have had a great experience with Heathly Paws and I have only had it for about 6 months! My little puppy Luna started having repeat UTIs and a few other symptoms. I wanted to get to the bottom of this to get this poor girl some relief. Thank Goodness I made sure to get her insurance that covered her within 2 weeks. I have been able to get her ther diagnostic tests and medicines covered at her regular vets office and even some tests that were run at the spcialists office that I probably would not have done otherwise. She is now feeling better and hopefully she won't need any more expensive care but I was sure glad to know that it was there when needed. It is like car insurance...you hope to never need it but when you do, you are very relieved and grateful!

Easy to submit a claim and they are very quick to reimburse and explain the reimbursement according to the plan you purchase. They also follow up to see how your pet is doing or if you have any questions. Overall very happy with Healthy Paws!

Just recently, my 3 year old otherwise healthy Frenchton suffered a severe bladder infection. After multiple vet visits and two ER visits, we still couldn't figure out the root cause, so we couldn't properly treat him, and he ended up having to be Hospitalized. They even reached out to me directly to see how my dog was feeling and let me know they were here to help me. I wish all insurance companies operated like healthy paws.

We have been really grateful to have found and relied on Healthy Paws for over five years. Our rescue dog was ~ 8 when we got him, and Healthy Paws made getting the insurance for him easy. As he's aged and run into several severe health issues, some of which have required multiple vets to diagnosis, we have been able to proceed without issue because of the quality of coverage and the quickness for disbursement to us via direct deposit. It is incredibly easy to file a claim and staff have personally reached out to us (not just transactional emails). Their policies are clear about what is covered (no plan covers pre-existing conditions) and all communication is easy to understand.
