Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I've been a Healthy Paws customer for many years. Customer service is good and claims process is easy. Unfortunately they will not cover anything that might be implied to be for your dog's wellness or preventative care. It makes no sense; I assume that they would rather cover expensive life-threatening issues than cover preventative treatments. I advise people to choose a different company.

Thanks to Healthy Paws for a fast and easy claims process. This is my first experience with pet health insurance. My dog injured himself with a stick 12 days ago. I filed a claim within 48 hours; all I had to do was upload a receipt and vet record. I got a fast acknowledgment, and an EOB within a week, and a check arrived today! It was for $1000 out of $1700. I'm not sure why there wasn't more complete coverage -- the EOB said something about not covering an exam, which is kinda weird, since the ER vet had to do an exam to determine the nature of the injury --but I'll take what I can get.

Healthy Paws was 10/10 in my book. Very fast and efficient with my claim and the customer service was very friendly. Policy covered majority of my invoice without any problems. Very happy and satisfied!

Extremely happy with the overall experience of Healthy Paws. I filed my claim and was responded to immediately. The app is very user friendly with a quick snap shot and emails for approval were instant. 10/10 in my book, I've told my fellow breeders and colleagues about Healthy Paws.

Quite simply the "best investment" I have ever made. Our dog has needed four major surgeries. We are able to get him excellent care but it is not cheap. Healthy Paws ALWAYS lives up to their end of the bargain. Submitting claims on line is very simple even for a dinosaur like me and the claims are processed within a couple of days. The "no cap" aspect means that whatever our dog needs, provided the care is covered (and there are no secrets as to what is covered) the claims get paid. Because of Healthy Paws, we just worry about our pup getting better, not if we can afford getting him the medically necessary care he needs. I cannot recommend Healthy Paws highly enough.
