Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

This is my second time having to submit claims for my poor little boy who had GI issues that we hope are now permanently resolved. I submitted claims last night, got confirmation of those claims within minutes, and in less than 24 hours the claims are processed. I could not ask for more, I wish human insurance was this easy! I have three cats. One was recently diagnosed with Feline Asthma. Once diagnosed, he was placed on a steroid which the vet thinks lowered his immunity and he caught an upper respiratory infection. He then gave that to one of my other cats who got really sick and I had to take him to the emergency vet because he stopped eating and had a fever. Both cats are fine now, although the Asthmatic cat will be on meds for life. Healthy Paws was a LIFESAVER! The process was so easy and because I had this insurance, I did not hesitate to get my cats the care they needed. They fulfilled every part of their agreement. Thank you!

Don’t bother. They wanted me to keep rotting teeth in my dogs mouth. I will not recommend this pet insurance company to anyone. I was a member for nearly a decade and they didn’t help at all. They raised the monthly bill each year in the dot. They won’t value you or your pet as they claim. Update after their response on 1 June... Other pet insurances do cover dental. Check out Spot pet insurance and check out their gold and platinum plans. It took a quick google search to find that out which I wish I had done years ago. Another option would be to save money in a separate account when something happens to your pet. As you read, they would rather keep rotting teeth in your pets mouth. They value your money more than you and your pet.
